I call my cartoon 'Gone Clean Wholesome Fun'.

I have a cast of characters: Jack, Merv, Jonesy, Animal, and Scooter the two-legged cat. They are most often the stars of the comic, but on occasion I get somewhat random, and I’ll feature a fictitious group of people, say, the Secret Society of Hot Chicks or The Dork Patrol, and have them interact with my main characters. Other times I have unofficial characters, like Max, Jack’s younger brother, and will showcase a week on his adventures.

My characters are all rooted in Northern Illinois, where I’ve lived my whole life and where a lot of the humor is inspired, despite that, I feel the comic has a universal appeal. I try and touch all aspects of life, most of the humor is college related, but I also talk about on-the-job humor, the holidays, and personal relationship humor. I like to write in the style of Bill Watterson; the strip usually has a theme that lasts a week to two weeks, and usually comes to a close at the end of a week, with another topic starting the next. I’m really hoping to get syndicated, or at least have the opportunity to be featured in print post Graduate School. In any case, I hope my toons give you a laugh...
